Revival Method emphasizes the importance of flexibility and mobility, since these skills are keys in order to avoid injuries, learn new movement patterns. To be able to do more work with our body we have to teach him/her to work with longer range of motions. In order to establish longer range of motions first flexibility has to be improved. But flexibility without mobility increases the chance of injuries so in the next step stength has to be establish in those deegrees which became accessible for the body because of improved flexibility.
