Thomas Hegedus

Sport has been always my primary passion throughout my life for as long as I can remember.
As a kid and junior athlete I had the opportunity to take part in competitive sport as a tennis player and had the chance to represent my country as the member of the Hungarian National team.

I graduated at The Budapest University of Technology and Economics as an Engineering Manager. Throughout my studies I had the opportunity to receive insights into many sciences. I learned about how to create and manage systems that integrate people, materials and energy in productive ways.

After my studies I decided to travel around Asia and to get to know different countries, cultures, societies.

While I was traveling I worked as an actor, model on many different advertisement projects and received opportunities to learn more about marketing strategies in different countries. I received my Sports Degrees from American Associations.

In 2014 became a Certified Personal Trainer by Fitness Innovations Ltd. Ace Personal Training Course. As a personal trainer a learned to help people achieve their fitness goals. Throughout the years of my practice I received a track record of evaluating a client’s physical fitness, understanding their needs and then developing a practical and achievable workout routine for them to reach their goals. In 2019 I have earned the designation of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as defined by the NSCA Certification Committee.

As a Strength and Conditioning Specialist got the opportunity to apply my knowledge of sports sciences to improve young competitive swimmers daily bases.

In 2019 I became a 200 hours Yoga Teacher.

As a founder of Revival Fitness my mission is to spread knowledge and experiences to everyone who is
keen to achieve the "state of perfect health”, to become fit, and go beyond their limits.

Our Philosophy

We offer online workout packages focusing on exercises which you can do even at home with minimum equipment requirement. 

The body awakening program is to help to start to be physically active to every individual who had a long rest because of injuries, work , personal life issues or even never did any sports before.

The improvement program was born  to provide a wide range of body weight exercises which are not only substituting the usage of gym machines but gives the opportunity to build a more functional healthier mobile body.
