Shoulder external internal rotation
Tie a rubber band to a column and grab it with your palms behind your back with bend elbow. By rotating your shoulder externally lift your arms up and raise it above your head. Continue the movement by lowering your arms while you are rotating your shoulder inward. Your head has to be between your arm and the band.
Execute the movement on the way back as well.
Perform 2 set 16 reps with each arm
